You can send us a request to delete your customer account here at any time. The text does not need to be in any particular format. However, we ask that you enter the email address you have on file with us in the relevant field when making your request.

In order to process your request, we may request further information for verification and identification purposes before answering your request. After processing your request, we will immediately delete your customer account, provided that there are no legal provisions to the contrary (e.g. settlement of outstanding amounts).
