Can I edit my data myself?
If you are logged into your customer account, you can edit your personal data (name, address and telephone number) in your profile under "Addresses".
To change your email address, please contact customer service.
You can change your address details when you place your next order - simply enter the desired delivery or billing address during the ordering process.
Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to change an address after an order has been placed. But don't worry! If you accidentally order to the wrong address, the package will automatically be returned to us and your payment will be refunded. You can then order again.
If your personal data changes, you will always receive a confirmation email.
