Simply click on the login area on the home page and then under "Log in" click on "Forgot your password?". Then enter the email address stored in your customer account and click "Reset password".

We will send you an email directly with which you can reset your password. You can then change it as you wish.

You can also change your password in your personal profile under "Profile and Security" when you are logged in. Here you need to enter your current password and your desired new password and repeat the new password. You can then save your changes.

If your personal data changes, you will always receive a confirmation email.
