Return and refund

We want to be completely open and transparent and hope that you can understand our situation.

Returns are expensive and pose a huge challenge for us as a young company. Therefore, unfortunately, it is not possible for us to cover the full cost of returning your items.
The postage from the shipping service provider, our returns system and the logistics costs (processing the return, preparing the returned items and restocking the goods) are all costs that arise in connection with a return.

To offset at least some of these costs, we therefore retain the following amounts from the refund in the event of a return:

Germany: 5€
Austria: 8€
Italy: 10€
Switzerland: 15€

We greatly appreciate your support and understanding.

When washing your product, please follow the enclosed washing instructions.

If the print on your item comes off despite following the washing instructions, we apologize.
